ECP5 FPGA Development Board
This was a board I designed a powerful Lattice Semiconductor ECP5-series FPGA chip. It was a very interesting challange to me because i had never designed a board based on an FPGA before. I chose to design it based on the lattice ECP5-series FPGA because of the large amount of open souce boards designed around it which i could use as a reference design when designing the board. I also designed it to look a bit like the arduino board and the ULX3S open source schematic was really helpful when designing the board. I haven’t yet manufactured the board yet but i plan to do that soon and do some really cool projects with the board. The board is also completely open souce and was designed with altium and the files are available here.
